Gully Ganesh is a community celebration hosted by Melody Mocktail. We only ask for the details we need to run the event well, and we treat them with care.
What we collect
Your name, email address and mobile number when you reserve a pooja slot, register a child, RSVP for Nimarjan or send a vendor enquiry.
For kids activities, the child's name and the guardian's name.
For Nimarjan RSVPs, the number of adults and children attending with you.
For vendor enquiries, your business contact number and a short note about what you plan to sell.
How we use it
To confirm your slot, registration, RSVP or stall and to send you event details and reminders.
To plan seating, supplies, prasadam and stall space based on expected attendance.
To contact you if the schedule changes.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your details.
We do not share your details with other attendees or with advertisers.
We do not collect or store payment card details on this website.
Who can see your details
Only the Gully Ganesh organising team from Melody Mocktail, and only for running this event.
Your submissions are stored securely and are not readable by other visitors to this website.
How long we keep it
We keep event registrations for up to 12 months after the event so we can invite you to next year's celebration, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by calling one of the contacts listed on our home page.
You can ask us to stop sending event updates and we will remove you from the list.
