These terms apply to all registrations, RSVPs and vendor enquiries for Gully Ganesh 2026, hosted by Melody Mocktail at Sisira Farms, Plant City, FL, from September 12 to 19, 2026.
1. Registrations and reservations
All registrations and reservations made through this website are requests and are confirmed only after our team contacts you.
Pooja slots are limited to 10 families per day and are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Kids activities are open to children aged 6 to 12 years and are limited to 30 children per activity.
2. Contributions and payments
Daily pooja participation is $100 per family. Kids activities are $10 per child, with supplies included.
Payment details are shared once your slot is confirmed. Contributions support the event and are donated to charity as stated on the site.
Contributions are non-refundable, but we will do our best to move your slot to another day if you cannot attend.
3. Children and supervision
A parent or guardian must remain on site during kids activities. Organisers are not responsible for unsupervised children.
Please inform us of any allergies or medical needs when you register.
4. Conduct and safety
Please follow all instructions from organisers and venue staff, especially during Prana Pratishta and Nimarjan.
Organisers may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave for unsafe or disrespectful behaviour.
Attendees participate at their own risk. Organisers, Melody Mocktail and Sisira Farms are not liable for personal injury or loss of property.
5. Vendors
Basic facilities such as water and electricity access will be provided at the venue.
Stall setup, including tents, tables, lighting, signage and equipment, is the vendor's own responsibility.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and removing all waste and equipment at the end of the event.
Stall allocation, spaces and any applicable fees are confirmed by the organising team after your enquiry.
6. Photography and media
The event is photographed and filmed. By attending, you agree that images may be used to promote future community events.
7. Changes to the event
Schedules and timings may change due to weather or circumstances beyond our control. Updates will be shared on this website and by phone or email.
